Schools’ frequently asked questions
Not every pupil has a phone: what can we do?
Print the tickets (8 per A4 page) and hand them out in class. At the door, a printed QR code scans just like one on a screen. As a last resort, door staff can look the pupil up by name.
Is pupils’ data protected?
Lists are only visible to your team. When importing, you choose which columns to keep, so there’s no need to import more than necessary. The details are in our privacy policy.
Can we run several events during the year?
Yes, as many as you like: each event has its own list, tickets, door links and attendance Excel. If you run a lot of them, have a look at the Institutions plan.
