Do I need to book a demo or ask for a quote?
No. Prices are public and you don’t need to talk to sales: create your account, import your list and send your first tickets in minutes.
Is there a yearly commitment?
No. You can stay on the Free plan, pay for a single event (USD 19, one-off) or take Pro month by month. Paying yearly for Pro is optional and saves you 31%.
Is my first event really unlimited?
Yes. The first event you create has no guest cap, on any plan, and every feature. You’ll see it in the dashboard: “Your first event is free and unlimited”.
What happens if an event goes over 150 guests?
Holadoor tells you when you import or add people, and nothing is lost. You pay for just that event with “One event” (USD 19) or move to Pro if you organise often.
Do you charge a fee per ticket or per guest?
No. The price is fixed, with no per-ticket fee or per-guest cost. And emails go out from your own Gmail, at no cost per send.
Do I need hardware or an app at the door?
No. Your team’s phones are enough: each person opens a link, with nothing to install and no sign-up. The scanner keeps working offline.
