FAQ
Venues’ frequently asked questions
Does Holadoor sell our seats?
No. Holadoor doesn’t handle sales or payments: it takes your booking list and looks after the tickets and the door, with no commission.
Can we manage several performances?
Yes. Create one event per performance: each has its own list, tickets and counter. A ticket for another night is flagged when scanned.
What about allocated seating?
Holadoor doesn’t do seating plans. You can, however, put the seat in a column of your file: it will appear on each person’s record and in the final Excel.
