Associations’ frequently asked questions
Can we use Holadoor for an AGM?
Yes. Import the member list, send everyone a ticket and check people in at the door. The attendance Excel gives you the exact count at the end of the meeting.
Our event is paid: how does that work?
Holadoor doesn’t handle payments. Take payments as usual (on site or with your online tool), then import the attendee list: Holadoor takes care of tickets and the door, with no commission.
Do we need a computer on the day?
No. One or more phones are enough to scan. A computer is mainly useful for preparing the event: importing the list and sending tickets.
